Yoga therapy sessions provide a personalized practice for those with specific therapeutic goals.

Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.

Coaching can help distinguish between beliefs that are no longer serving you and help generate new systems to help you reach your goals. In other words, coaching makes change easy.

Semi-private group sessions with a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) allow for a more personalized application of yoga to achieve therapeutic goals.
